The attached patch makes selected frames act like drawing objects in Writer do:
The first 'simple' key activates the edit mode. This character is _not_
inserted.
This is not consistent with Impress where the first key activates the edit mode
and this character is inserted. Additionally: if text is already inserted then
Impress appends the new character while Writer inserts the new character at the
start.
