swexts file headers have the standard LGPL boilerplate in it.

When registering the extension, though - when you are forced to accept a license
you have already accepted on GNU/Linux anyway because otherwise you wouldn't be
able to even use 'cp' - you get shown the *GPL*.

GPL or LGPL, what's it now? Either one of them needs to be adapted.
