defect cause: internal data structures for managing anchored objects (text
frames, graphics, embedded objects, drawing objects, controls) are corrupted.
possible workaround until release of OOo 2.4.1:
open given document. change anchor type of all anchored objects inside the text
frames from to-frame to at-paragraph. save the document. reopen the document.
deletion should work now.
