BTW on the Linux/Unix platform, with the new fr(oss) xkb French Layout (which is
being set as default in Ubuntu now and will probably be made default Fedora-side
for F10)
1. altgr + shift + space = non-breaking space
2. ctrl + shift + space = narrow non-breaking space
The OO.o shortcut is therefore not needed for 1. and conflicts with 2. Ideally
it should be disabled altogether for platforms that provide system input access
to non-breaking space
