OF: Next test. OOo 2.4 and DEV300_10. OOo 2.4 starts fine with 'Run as ...'. So
I think this depends on some system integration settings with DEV300_m9 that
have been disabled for m10. This must be investigated and probably fixed for a
final OOo 3.x.
