This area has been reworked. Since the handout view only shows some kind of
schematic "master" view it makes no sense to show the preview there. The
handout view shows only the template that is used for the actual handout pages,
not the handout pages itself.You can always see only the first slides in 2.4
anyway thats why the previews were taken out. So now there are only the
placeholders of the slides visible.
