I checked for a previous report but found nothing.

Printing a nine page document - the first page is OK - the second and all
remaining pages are started about .5" or 1,5cm from the top of the page.

Specifically the footer is printed on page one then the rest of the pages the
footer is pushed off the bottom of the page.

I checked the page type and I am using US Letter. Both the writer and the HP
Laserjt 4p printer are set for US Letter.

It looks as if the first page is printed as US Letter and then all the remaining
pages are printed as A4(?).

I exported to PDF and the document was alright.

My Linux is setup for UK English.
