I checked with "3.0.0 Beta Multilingual version German UI WIN XP: [ 300m1
(Build9298)]", also with "2.4.0 Multilingual version German UI WIN XP:
[680m12(Build9286)]" and can confirm the reported effect.
Same with CALC and DRAW.
Criticized border is not visible in a print or in a PDF export done with
FreePDF XP.
I co not see that as a general problem for all pictures, but for this special
one the problem happens.
I can not decide whether this problem is related to the one in Issue 84603.
