Of the separators defined, DateSeparator and Time100SecSeparator are
empty, this should not be the case. Set DateSeparator to one space, and
the Time100SecSeparator equal to the DecimalSeparator here, as it is
also used that way in formatindex="44" and formatindex="45".
The LangID in the currency format codes should be 628 instead of 851
(which is Tibetan).
In LC_CURRENCY, the BankSymbol shouldn't be "Nu", but the ISO-4217
abbreviation instead. Which is it?
Btw, did you try to run the data in a non-product build as lined out in
i18npool/source/localedata/data/locale.dtd?
