Here's the manual reproduction
Use Windows with a user that has administrator rights. Please note that the
SunSearchToolbar was not installed.
- add explicit/identifier.oxt, install for local user only
- add legacy/identifier.oxt, install for local user only
- add explicit/identifier.oxt, install for *all* users
-> You end up having *four* extensions listed
- remove all four extensions
-> when removing the fourth extension the office crashes.
Allowing the user to install the same extension for both himself and all should
not be possible.
Since this results in a crash i increase the priority to 2.
