Sorry, the only thing I can reproduce with an offline printer (either on set to
offline in Windows or the hardware switched off, either printing to spool or
directly), is hanging, where the printjob continues a soon as the printer is
online again.
pl->hi: without a method of reproduction and a machine for debugging, I cannot
fix this. Perhaps you can find your setting where the crash occured again ?
