fixed in koheiformula01. The print range check failed because the address
convention was unspecified. I used the GRAM_DEFAULT grammar which is identical
to GRAM_NATIVE_UI. But GRAM_NATIVE_UI leaves the address convention
unspecified, so the print area dialog has no idea which address convention to
use to check the ranges, hence the failure.
