sba: Why did you retitle the bug? The title was completely right and the fix for
the bug ("no copyright info -> per copyright law per default all rights reserved
-> not even distributable") is getting the dict from hyphen (which says it's
from TeX). But the bug itself is not about replacing the dicts but that the
license info is missing.
