Reopening.
I did another try removing all directories after deinstallation. First check
without langpack gives two errormessages, one for "en", one for "de", although
there is no langpack present.
First Hint: Are the pathes stored in windows registry and not properly removed
during deinstallation?
Second Hint: I always did a custom installation because of the path and
occasional addition of testtool.
