Don't understand "a". If that means that you want to have a smaller font for the
author's name in the note: please create an enhancement issue and assign it to
christophnoack.
"b" is easy to answer as nothing has changed in comparison to older versions:
use the "print" settings in tools-options.
BTW: better printing of notes is already topic in some other issues, please
follow up there.
As the topic of this issue if fixed I set it to "worksforme".
