tabdialogs always change their HelpID according to the current Tabpage. they
don't have their own HelpID.
So applying your patch probably is a good Idea as the dialog then is consistent
with all other tabdialogs.
To oc: You have to add a
kontext "Myselectedpabpage"
to the script.
