I would categorize this bug as a blocker, atleast here for me, since that will hinder adoption of OOo (under linux) for many potential BIG customers.. (3000+ users per customer as it stands now they either have to stay with windows and use OOo (since does not affect windows users and AD from what I can see) currently when these potential customers come to us and ask if we can help them migrate to linux and OOo we have to say no, and that we can either help them migrate to linux OR OOo, but not both..
