I not sure if the bug I discovered is related to this: On Windows XP, on Writer,
with an opened document, using OOO 2.4.0 you get the following:
If you press Alt-Tab quickly to change the task it will not work (even the task
switch windows does apear).
If you wait around 1 second, it before releasing the Alt-Tab it will work.
