When loading the document in PowerPoint 97 the table is displayed in the same
manner as it is in OOo, then the font size is also 17pts.
So I think the 16pts fontsize in tables is some kind of magic value which is
used by PowerPoint if no hard font height attribute is set in a cell. I have to
evaluate this.
