------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sat May 10 07:46:53 +0000 2008 ------- Using Windows XP with new OOo 3.0 Beta, I printed address labels. Made label page 10 X 3. Selected the table with complete address fields for 117 people from database. Inserted fields for standard format address labels. Positioned cursor after last field in first label, synchronized. Chose the first 30 names, clicked "Data To Fields". The first page printed 29 names, omitting the second name. I didn't notice, and repeated that process for 3 pages. I noticed and evaluated the list, determining that for the last 32, it skipped every other record. Chose the records that were skipped, clicked Data To Fields, attempted to print again. It printed 15 of those chosen, every other one out of that list. (15) Chose the records that it skipped last time, clicked Data To Fields, attempted to print again. It repeated the skip, every other record, printing 9. Chose skipped records again, it repeated, printing 4. Chose skipped records again, it repeated, printing 2. Chose those last 2 records, and it printed them one at a time. There were no empty fields in the data. When I chose the records, they remained highlighted as if they would print. I found issues similar to this. Their numbers are: 12606; 38001; 19968; 24448.
