reopen - issue still exists in OOo 3.0 beta but only on Linux (windows is ok)
I suggest to close as wontfix unless the fix is trivial (Navigator gets updated
as soon as you leave the note. the difference on linux may be, that the note
does notloose focus when Navigator window is openend)
