These are the steps I took to reproduce this defect:

1. Download OOO 3.0 Beta, later referred to as OO3B
2. Install OO3B and opt for registration.
- Standard browser opens (for me that's Safari) and offers to register OO3B, but
only after having registered at Sun ?!
3. click on Icon for OO3B on dock.
Expected behaviour: OO3B Installer resumes after registration info has been
entered.
Real behaviour: Nothing happens. When rightclicking on the icon, MacOSX shows
that application is unresponsive. Normal [Stop] does not appear, only [Force
Stop]

The Machine I use is a MacBook 2.0, running MacOSX 10.5.2 (Leopard) along with
the latest updates.

Because Mac users expect programs to "just work" this is a painful first
experience. I vote for this defect as BLOCKER for next release, though with low
priority. Let me explain:
1- BLOCKER because a program already having a problem during installation should
not be released yet.
2- Low priority because this only affects the first run of the program and there
are more important issues to address before this one.
