The behaviour with executable-option OFF is the same as it was in all ver-
sions before the VBA import mode was introduced, e.g. in SO7, just tested.

The behaviour with executable-option ON is the same as it was in all newer
versions, e.g. DEV300 m10 master. The VBA interoperability import mode sup-
presses some VBA dummy modules that do not contain executable code anyway.

This is 1. ok and 2. nothing that came in with cws ab51. The code *does*
run (the "Hello *** ..." cell is created by a macro) as long as it doesn't
use the global VBA interoperability symbols like ActiveCell. This problem
is handled by #157194 / cws ab50. I will check if the fix will be copied
to the DEV300 code line automatically or if we need to clone the task, but
this is nothing cws ab51 will deal with.

Anyway the problem is not caused by the empty VBA modules filtered out and
this issue does only handle the import option, not the code execution.

-> INVALID, I remove this issue from ab51 and set it back to Ready for QA
