2008 -------
1) I tested this problem with internet-connection via NAT.
But it exist at proxy too.
2) With version OOO 2.4 problem was NOT solved!
3) I didn't turn Graphics off (Tools - Options - Writer - View)
4) It exist on ANY web-page.
