Hm, this is really an ugly problem.
Problem 1 could be, that openoffice.lst is not translatable. But I think, I
could find a solution by using another file. But then comes problem 2:
Common.xcu is not localizable. There is only one Common.xcu for each
installation set. I think, we would need one Common.xcu for each language of the
installation set. This would be a much bigger task.
I would suggest to create the URL dynamically by adding the Office startup
language to the URL.
