Thanks for the patch. At a first look I found some that are false positives,
debug only methods and stuff to avoid compiler warnings on some platforms. So
while I think this patch is worth it, the amount of time to check all changes is
currently to high to give this a priority at my side. I keep it at target 3.x so
I will not forget about it.
