2008 -------
Problem clarification:

1. Choose Tools/Mail Merge Wizard
2. In dialog box "Insert address block" choose "Select Different Address List"
3. In dialog box "Select Address List" choose "Create"
4. After you create new address list, save it, and follow the wizard to the end,
it's not possible to append new record to this address list in the future.
