Adjusting summary. Set keyword "needmoreinfo" and "oooqa"
This seems to be tricky to reproduce, on most Vista systems the help comes up.
The following script can log the installation on the system:
msiexec.exe /i <msi_database> /l*v <path_to_logfile>
Note that the log file can grow > 10MB.
I asked rbircher to re-try and log that installation.
