However this has a side effect: as the mac print system (being based on CUPS)
only allows one job setup per job, multiple page formats can only be done by
starting multiple print jobs. That means that as many native print dialogs will
pop up as there are format changes.
It is also not an option to show only the first dialog, because then the user
could not choose the print range anymore (since he can't do that for subsequent
jobs in the dialog for the first job), so I guess we will have to live with
multiple dialogs for the time being.
At least a switch from Landscape to Portrait using the same paper format will
not trigger a new job since we transform this ourselves anyway.
