user experience would find:
1. Word complete is on by default
2. Visiting help is no uncommon process, particularly with the help suggestions
popping up in the bottom right, for a casual user
3. Word completion gets aggregated with a lot of useless words. This slows down
the computer by scanning the help entries and filling the list
4. Word completion suggests unrelated words - irritating the user. Therefore
this is a nuisance for new users who might step back from OOo.
Any programmer might see:
This is a problem where a method or object is applied in the wrong context.
This wrong dependency should be investigated asap. Who knows whether it is some
general underlying problem or an isolated case of having explicitly assigned an
object to a wrong context.
conclusion: fix it for OOo 3.0 as it disturbs users severely and there doesn't
have to pass more time since OOo 1.x to fix this possibly-major-defect.
