User directory:
- instead of deleting it you rename it:
-> Documents and Settings\user\Application Data\***OpenOffice***\user
- While OOo is not running, rename *** with something else.
- Start OOo
-> you will get a new User dir.
But what happens exactly?
1) Ctrl+(Shift+)Up/Down STILL moves the paragraphs?
2) Ctrl+(Shift+)Up/Down does nothing?
Because you run Vista, yes, I suppose a conflict with the system mapping, see
issue 88831.
