Hello,

To reproduce :
- create a new ODT document
- add bullet with toolbar button
- add text
- save document
- close document
- open document with OOo 2.4.0
=> bullet and text are stick to the left margin.
To get the correct position of bullets, you have to remove and add again bullets
in OOo 2.4.0.

The effect is more visible with hierarchical bullets.
Remarks :
* The problem occurs if saved with ODF 1.0/1.1 or with ODF 1.2.
* No problem with bullets built with OOo 2.4.0, open and saved with BEA_300.
* Same problem with bullets built through styles. But it is no more possible to
get the correct position of bullets in OOo 2.4.0 because styles have been
modified.
