This problem persists in OpenOffice.org 3.0:
http://www.flickr.com/photos/vuhung/2513704032/in/set-72157605189854560/

The phrase pasted onto the screenshot is "Not displaying Vietnamese correctly".
As you can see, the
Windows installer screens are completely unreadable. We can't release the
product with an installer like
that. For OpenOffice.org 3.0, we need to either:

1. fix the problem by starting to use NSIS Unicode
2. build the app. with English installer screens until the problem is fixed.

I don't want (2) to be an excuse to put off fixing the problem, because not
having a viable installer
translation is really bad PR for our emerging product, but it would work
temporarily, and we could add
a description of how to get through the English installer to the ReadMe, and to
our website.

Please advise which option is viable for OpenOffice.org 3.0, and how to achieve
it ASAP.

Otherwise, we can't release for Windows. And the vast majority of our userbase
is using (pirated)
Windows.

Clytie, worried.
