A feature designed to format borders in tables individually, which is well
developed in OpenOffice.org 2.4, seems to have disappeared in the beta version
of OpenOffice.org 3.0.

The table border display in the "table format" window ("Tabellenformat"
(German)) under "border" ("Umrandung"), "line order" ("Linienanordnung"), "user
defined" ("Benutzerdefiniert") is lacking the possibility to introduce borders
inside an array of cells. Only the outer borders are affected. If an outer
border is changed, e.g. its style, all other inner borders of that table
disappear.

The border display ("Benutzerdefiniert" in the "Tabellenformat" window) is no
longer showing the inner borders, effectively quartering it.
