If the user currently edits a note, then a click on an empty part of the Note
Side Pane does "nothing". A click on the application background (Sun slang
"grüne Wiese") would cause the Notes editing to be finished and return the
cursor to the main text document.
Proposal: Click ("left mouse button") on the Note Side Pane background should
behave similar to a click on the application background.
Found in build "Win-XP2-374-notes5-install_sets".
