I checked with "3.0.0 Beta Multilingual version German UI WIN XP: [300m2
(Build9301)]" and can NOT confirm the reported effect. Win-Statement 'Start ->
Execute -> Open "C:\Programme\OOo-dev 3\program\soffice.exe"' will start OOo and
show the normal start center with all items active. LINUX specific?

Pls. contribute information concerning:
- your Linux distribution and version
- Impress also inactive after you worked with OOo and you closed the last
document (so that the start center appears)?
