in OO writer or Draw, the lifts used to go up and down in menus (like to browse
the gallery or the fontwork gallery) are not as per Mac standard:
* Normally, at both top and bottom of the lift bar on the right side of the
display, there are 2 arrows, up and down. each "up" (top and bottom) makes the
lift going up, and each "down" (top and bottom) makes the lift going down. This
is the Mac standard.
* with OOo 3.0 beta, the top set of 2 arrows acts as a "up" arrow only ,and the
bottom set of 2 arrows acts as a "down" arrow only. Only the correct arrow
lights up normally (in the top set, the "up" arrow only lights in blue, and in
the bottom set, only the "down" arrow lights in blue.
