I am sure Dave meant the HTML Writer save filter and not the XHTML export, as
the missing quotation would mean not well-formed XML it would be a bug in the
XSLT functionality and this would be close to impossible, that it has not been
noticed earlier.. ;-)
Please return issue to me, if I am wrong... Or do what appropriate for the HTML
Writer save case..
