I can not reproduce this. Maybe it has been fixed by some recent changes to the
slide sorter.
I can, however, see that the changes to the slide size are not or not properly
reflected in the slide sorter. Only after forcing a re-layout of the slide
sorter (i.e. by moving the divider between slide sorter and edit view) the
slides are correctly. This may be a duplicate to issue 70671.
