Interestingly, the OO open dialogue shows the correct path name and also file name, but when I hit "open" the error message occurs (something like "cannot open this file" - sorry , the 3.0 beta is on another computer) and shows funny letters instead of the German ä,ö, or ü. When I move the file to another directory (without Umlaut) it works fine.
