2008 -------
Recently a 9-page handout layout was added. The layout descriptor and its
associated enum value were added in different positions. As a result, for the
asian layouts the descriptors and enum values got out of sync and to this bug.
Fixed by sorting the layout descriptors according to the enum values.
Modified file is /sd/source/core/sdpage.cxx rev. 1.66.18.1
