A minor new enhancement to be added to 3.0 ("XML Form Document data model
changes should modify the document", no issue, yet) requires a string change. To
be able to meet the last translation deadline (which is today), we separate the
string changes for this enhancement from the actual implementation.
This issue here just requests to commit the new/changed strings.
