cd->filkin: The normal closer on a "context sensitive" toolbar (for example
"table toolbar") works only temporary. That's a solution which has been defined
by the user experience team to help people who close their toolbars and later
don't know how to open them again. There is a way to permanently close a
"context sensitive" toolbar. Just use "View - Toolbars". The user experience
team decided that "View - Toolbars" is not used by inexperienced people. If you
think that this behavior should be changed please write an "Request for
Enhancement". If you can see the "re-appearing" behavior even if you use "View -
Toolbars" that would be a real defect.
