The entries should be:
* "Delete All Notes" (for .uno:DeleteAllNotes)
* "Delete All Notes by This Author" (for .uno:DeleteAuthor)
* "Delete Note" (for .uno:DeleteNote)
These entries are a bit different to the ones in the Notes UI, because one of it
will have a placeholder. Because of that I will provide the original user
interface texts for REFERENCE (Context Menu, Drop-Down Menu):
* "Delete All Notes"
* "Delete All Notes by <AuthorName>""
* "Delete Note"
The string <AuthorName> is replaced with the author's name of the note, so the
UI string would be "Delete All Notes by Foo Bar".
