No thanks :) I thought that what was I was seeing in the current confusing and unpredictable behavoir. I simply hope you will fix this defect that makes it impossible to hide toolbars permanently. It worked in the old versions and now it's been changed to - for some users - the worse - with no option to turn this new behvaiour off and make toolbars permanently hidden.
