Fixed in CWS aquabmpfix02:
drawing a layer onto its own context seems to be problematic for Quartz
(especially on OSX10.4)
also on OSX10.5 for ((aDstPoint.x + pSrc->mnWidth) > mnWidth) on layers that
have been created for a
bitmap context
