To see the problem here use the bug doc attached to issue 78016

Open the file and select Reports.
Run the first report - then quickly close it and run the second - now close that
and run the first again.

At this point the report are rendering with two tables, the first is the table
as it is displayed at design time.
Also, if you look at the main Base window you will see that the document preview
is no longer showing the report at design time, but now the report with the
actual data.

With the two reports closed set the document preview to NONE.
The problem will no longer happen.

Not sure who this would be assigned to lla or fs.
