the coordinate transformation for the toolbar did not account for the real
position of the parent, which is 0,0 for maximized windows. however, as the
window was not shown yet, Windows used its default position for the
tranformation which is != 0,0.
adjusting prio as fullscreen windows will be the default for most applications
now.
