Hi,

Calc isn't Excel and therefore acts different in some cases. Calc has a feature
called number recognition which is usefull in a lot of cases but not in this
one. The cell in question has "03 E1" in the txt file which is interpreted as
the scientific notation of 30 (3E1) and therefore placed into the cell in such 
way.

You can override it by setting the colum which contains this value to Text in
the Import dialog.
