dvo: Fixed. Numbered paragraph without numbers (NO_NUMLEVEL) will now be
exported as a numbering item with list-id 0, which WW interprets as
no-numbering. Also, the indents are adjusted to compensate for the lack of the
label.

P.S.: News from CMC: 'sprmPIlfo (opcode 0x460B) of 0 is speced as "means that
the paragraph is not numbered"' Which is indeed where said list-id ends up at.
